HTML vs CSS

HTML(Hyper text market language): Basically gives you the basic building blocks for websites.

CSS(Cascading Style Sheets): Gives the look and format of a document (the writing)

H1, H2 etc: Are the according levels of importance it titles etc. So H1 is like the main title.

Basically websites have to use both of these so they can have central control over all there pages
